Okay, so… A while ago, I have changed my username from "BlueShineFox" to "ShizukaSceneFox". For those of you who are wondering why I changed my username from "BlueShineFox" to "ShizukaSceneFox", it's because of a few reasons why I changed my username because of it.

1. I feel like no one respects me because of my two main aliases "Shizuka" and "Masha" alone. I'm tired of it. I don't really care if people still call me "BlueShineFox" or "Blueshine", even though it's a "BlueShineWolf" ripoff, but I'm not gonna call myself that anymore.

2. I just don't want to be known for being a "BlueShineWolf" wannabe who has blue OCs, like Shizuka, Aurora, Nazuna, Lilith, Asha, Snowy, Starbeam, Moonlight, Starla, Iris, Static, Pax, etc. I try to work on more stuff than just my artwork, but I want to do more for myself.

This will be better for my creativity. It's better for everyone. That's it, really. I just wanted to change my username from "BlueShineFox" to "ShizukaSceneFox". Anyways, thank you for taking your time reading this.

BlueShineFox was kinda cringe lol. Why? Cuz BlueShineFox is too ridiculous for words amirite? In fact, I actually chose that username as a BlueShineWolf ripoff. But for now, I'd prefer a less ridiculous username.

I'm so very sorry for not being active in a while. I have been having REALLY bad mental health issues again, but I still wanted to drop by and know how are you all doing. Anyways, how are you guys doing so far? I just wanted to ask, that's all.

I’ve honestly been thinking this over for quite some time, but after having to witness stress, bedrotting, doomscrolling, mental pressure, internet situations, social anxiety, my flopping content, and other stuff that I don't want to go deep into, I think I'm done with 2024.

I've had to tolerate what goes on in this year for a very long while, and frankly, I've had to watch this year become meaner and nastier, and this isn't just about social media but definitely is an example. After so long, it finally hit me how bad I feel to express myself.

Bad things that happened to me, dramas, too much hate and more. Because of this, I don't feel comfortable being me in this year anymore. I've tried to stay positive for a while but it eventually comes a point where I just can't anymore. I and probably many others deserve better.

It's ruined my mental health, and even my OC redesigns and username changes of this year didn't help. It's making me lose motivation and it's making me even more scared to do the things that I love to do on the internet. I’m just so tired of being overwhelmed this year.

That being said, I'm not quitting social media. It would be unfair towards the people who like and support my work, and I will always be grateful for those people. Because there have been many instances where I feel a majority only see me as a content creator.

For now, I kinda just want to move on while I'm dealing with art burnout and severe anxiety. 2024 hasn't been a great year in general, but the shit that goes on here is just not helping. So yeah, I'm going to make 2025 a better year for me. Anyways, happy new year, guys.

It's been 5 years of my online presence. 5 years ago, I originally joined both the furry fandom and the scene/emo subculture, as it was my way of being on social media since I was 17 years old. I’ve had been there through all of it just for the opportunities I've had in life, and my art... still to this day. And I also want to thank the people I've met through being online and doing art, thank you all so much for giving me a platform and fulfilling my dreams. Despite all the hardships I've gone through negatively because of the internet, I still stay because it's my passion, and I love the people who enjoy my work. Just because I'm growing up, doesn't mean I'm giving up. I will always be here making content worthy stuff for fun. I still hope to be able to do art for a living like I've always wanted, but even if it’s just a hobby, I'll be okay! 17-year-old me wanted it, you know? But I'm doing what I can!

I know that I have originally started getting into art and media since 2010 back when I was about 7 years old, but I've always had a passion for cartoons and cartoonist visuals... I've been both commissioning and enjoying animation memes for fun for a long time, I hope to post some better content in the future, though animation memes are still fun to do and watch! 

Also, happy 5 years of my first OC and fursona, Shizuka the Scene Fox! My obsession with Titmouse Inc motivated me to make an OC though I've always wanted to make art since I was young! Kind of the reason I made this OC! Chiima (Coffaefox’s OC) was my first inspiration while making Shizuka!

Posts aside, for as much crap as I give about Christmas, a day dedicated to gratitude is a pretty good idea.
